3WS is a Windows based software package executable under all Windows platforms. 3WS has been designed by production personnel in the manufacturing industry who require better controls in the weighing, mixing and packaging process. 3WS has received market acceptance due to being a stable and industry-proven product. Our product is fully validated and reviewed by the Federal Health Department, to fulfil Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). With our products installed, the traditional second checker is not required when dispensing, manufacturing or packaging. The major 3WS modules are:

We have expanded the Manufacturing module to include a number of new features for various sites. Each site can decide to use a fixed PC or a Radio Frequency (RF) scanner program for these activities. The radio frequency (RF) version of the manufacturing module eliminates the need for a fixed PC in the Mixing, Manufacturing or Volume Transfer rooms. The RF scanner program can run on different RF scanners, such as Intermec, Symbol etc. During Manufacturing, the user scans the work order (batch) to mix or manufacture. Then the barcode each Dispensing label is scanned, to confirm the correct material is being used. The material's Lot Status and Expiry date are checked to ensure they are still OK. This extra Lot confirmation is incase the Dispensing occurred a few days beforehand and the Lotno has now expired or been put On Hold.
We have developed a number of reports to review QC, formulation and production data. The reporting module allows the user to include additional
reports which they can develop on-site themselves. Once a report is included
in the 3WS reports directory, it is immediately available for use via the normal
security login procedure.
3WS allows the user to create a Production Plan which covers future work
orders and optionally existing unfinished work orders. The
Scheduling module then expands the plan into a total quantity of each
Material. The program then checks these quantities against the
current available materials Lotno quantities. All shortfalls are
identified, highlighting any Lotnos which are currently On Hold, plus
the last Supplier used for any shortfall materials.
Each material can have a Stocktake Cycle nominated. Then the user can develop a Stocktake Plan to include various material cycle groups, location range or specific materials. A report can be printed to prepare the user for the stocktake. However this report is probably not necessary, as the RF scanner is then used, to scan each Lotno and Location in the Stocktake Plan. The actual count of the materials at that location is also entered. Various enquiry features are available during this program. Unexpected Lotnos and Locations can be added to the stock-count. When the stocktake is complete a reconciliation report can be printed to show any variances.
For each item of Equipment, the Status is checked to ensure the equipment is CLEAN. Then the equipment can be ISSUED to the work order. The program also manages RETURNS of equipment, to enable other equipment to be used instead. Alternative equipment and assemblies of equipment can be set-up for each work order. The BOE work order is linked to the main 3WS work order to enable a full electronic batch record for the work order. A full audit of all equipment usage and cleaning history is available for review.
