Tote-Bin Processing, which allows earlier weighed items to be added to a moving Tote-Bin.

Customised barcode labelling (Lots, Batches, Dispensing etc).

Full Data Audit Trail, to surpass FDA-level requirements, including offsite copy of audit data.

Quantity Sufficient (QS) processing guarantees batch (work order) consistency.

Multiple QS stages can be managed for each batch

IBC Weighing with proximity checking and IBC barcode labelling.

Equipment Cleaning which includes Temperature and Relative-Humidity management.

Radio Frequency (RF) barcode scanning for Lotno Location management.

ControL15 - the future?
The company's first product was a DOS based dispensing software package (named Control15) which operates alone on PCs and could interface to mainframe "MRP" systems. The company's next major development resulted in a Y2K compliant product named 3WS (Wayahead Windows Weighing System) which runs on all Windows platforms using Oracle or MS SQL as the database.

As 3WS is globally implemented and adopted by organisations, support of ControL15 has been gradually phased out and continued support of ControL15 is by special arrangement only.
